Branova HRMS ("Branova", "we", "us") is a human-resource management platform operated for businesses in India. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using hrms.branova.in you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, company name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Employee & HR data you enter: employee profiles, attendance, leave, payroll, documents, performance and related records.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser type and timestamps used for security and clock-in verification.
- Billing data: subscription and payment records processed by our payment partner, Razorpay.
How we use your data
- To provide the HRMS service and the features you request.
- To process subscription billing based on your employee count.
- To secure your workspace, prevent abuse and provide support.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, notices, payslips).
Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to your organization (org_id). Other organizations can never access your workspace's data.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service โ our hosting provider (Hostinger) and payment processor (Razorpay) โ and where required by law.
Data retention & security
Data is retained while your account is active. Passwords are hashed; connections are served over HTTPS. You may request deletion of your workspace at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. As the workspace owner you control your employees' records as the data controller; Branova acts as the data processor.
