Is Branova HRMS really free?
Yes — it's free forever for up to 10 employees. Beyond that, you pay just ₹49 per additional employee per month.
How is billing calculated?
Billing scales with your active headcount: (employees − 10) × ₹49 per month. For example, 20 employees = 10 × ₹49 = ₹490/month. Annual billing gives 2 months free.
Can employees clock in from home or the field?
Yes. Attendance supports WFO, Remote, Hybrid and Field modes with location and IP capture.
Does payroll handle PF, ESI and TDS?
Yes. Processing a payrun auto-computes Basic, HRA, allowances, PF, ESI and Professional Tax from each employee's salary structure.
Where is my data hosted?
Entirely on Hostinger with a MySQL database. Every record is isolated per organization.
